The Valley is a master-planned suburban townhouse and villa community developed by Emaar Properties along the Dubai-Al Ain Road (E66) in Al Yufrah 1, Dubai.
Community Master Plan & Phases
Launched in November 2019, The Valley is designed as a self-sufficient suburban town featuring rolling phases. Its first residential phase, Eden, was completed and handed over in late 2023. Other major sub-communities and phases include Nara, Talia, Orania, Elora, Farm Gardens, Rivana, Nima, Lillia, Velora, Venera, Avelia, Ovelle, and Vindera.
