SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is an iconic 75-to-76-storey supertall mixed-use skyscraper in Business Bay, Dubai, combining ultra-luxury private residences, hotel apartments, and a 5-star hotel under the Accor/Ennismore portfolio.
Architectural Design and Facade
Designed by lead architecture firm Aedas and interior designer Paul Bishop, the tower features a distinctive honeycomb-inspired facade. The design is modeled on classic oriel (mashrabiya) architecture, with units rotated 45 degrees along four different axes to guarantee complete privacy and provide 180-degree panoramic views of the Downtown Dubai skyline, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Creek. The building stands at an architectural height of 336 metres.
Internal Zoning and Inventory
The supertall building consists of 946 total units divided into four distinct zones.
