Development and Architecture
The project was launched in 2008 by developer Triplanet International (FZC), a subsidiary of Triplanet Range Group. Ground construction began in September 2008 and was completed by March 2014, with the final handover recorded on March 7, 2014. Architectural consulting was provided by Barajeel Engineering Consultants. The exterior design incorporates a blend of modernism with red brick styling and neutral color schemes, while units are equipped with double-glazed windows and spacious private balconies.
