History & Development
Elite Residence was developed on a plot of land in Dubai Marina that was originally designated for the cancelled Najd Tower project. The project was developed under the banners of Tameer Holding Investment LLC and Gemstone Real Estate Development LLC, both associated with the Al Rajhi Group. Designed by the Engineer Adnan Saffarini Office, the tower's superstructure was completed in 2011, and the entire building was officially delivered and opened in mid-to-late 2012, briefly holding the title of the third-tallest residential building in the world.
Architectural Design
Standing 380.5 metres (1,248 feet) tall, the building features an innovative architectural style described as Post Modern with Victorian-inspired design elements. Its glass facade is adorned with vertical aluminum fins that create a highly polished exterior, leading up to a distinctive multi-tiered domed crown. The units feature bowed balconies, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and interior layouts fitted with wood and glass accents in soft beige tones.
