Development and Architecture
Seasons Community - Summer was developed by Ishraqah for Development Ltd through its subsidiary Seasons Development Ltd. The master community is managed by Nakheel PJSC. The architecture, combining traditional Arabic elements with modern design aesthetics, was planned by Hisham Al Ghani and Dimensions Engineering Consultants. Construction contracting was handled by Al Shafar General Contracting (ASGC) and Bin Shafar Contracting LLC, with physical work starting in March 2010 and finishing between mid-2013 and 2014.

The cluster is composed of low-rise, five-storey mid-rise residential towers (Summer 1 and Summer 2) along with triplex townhouses.
