Sparkle Towers is a twin-tower residential and commercial project developed by Tebyan Real Estate Development Enterprises (LLC) within the Marsa Dubai district of Dubai Marina. Spanning over 733,560 sq. ft. of built-up area, the complex comprises two distinct structures: Sparkle Tower 1, rising 29 storeys above ground on the marina's edge, and Sparkle Tower 2, standing 14 storeys high on the corner of Al Sufouh Road. The two towers are seamlessly connected by a four-storey residential podium.
Swarovski Collaboration and Interior Design
Branded under the marketing alias 'Space Marveled by Swarovski', Sparkle Towers represents Dubai's first crystal-inspired towers. Thousands of Swarovski crystals embellish the common areas, lobbies, residential signage, and individual apartment door numbers. The pristine glass-clad facade is topped with diamond-shaped summits and accented by 1,700 programmed exterior lights that fade in and out to mimic a crystal's shimmer.
