Project Overview and History
Sol Avenue is a contemporary mixed-use tower located in Dubai's Business Bay district. Developed by SOL Properties Development L.L.C. and designed by Naga Architects, the project replaced a previously cancelled development on the same plot named Fortune Avenue. Construction on the building was carried out by Bhatia General Contracting Company, starting in February 2015.
Architecture and Layout
The tower incorporates modern architectural systems, including SL50 stick curtain walling for its sleek transparent glass facade, SC95TT insulated sliding systems for floor-to-ceiling windows, and 63TT doors. Its structural configuration consists of basement parking levels, a ground floor, and two podium levels that host key residential amenities. The building contains studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as retail outlets on the ground floor. While many databases record it as a 20-storey tower, some sources state it features 17 floors above ground.
Amenities and Operations
