Churchill Towers is a landmark twin-tower mixed-use development located on the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay, Dubai, comprising a residential tower and a commercial office tower linked by a shared three-storey amenity podium.
Development History and Acquisition
The project was originally conceived and launched in 2006 by Deyaar Development. In 2008, Emirates National Investment (ENI) acquired the development, steering both buildings to full completion. The architectural design was completed by Design & Architecture Bureau (DAR), blending a modernist aesthetic with Art Deco features.
