Overview and Architecture
Afnan District is the initial phase of the larger Midtown master community, located in Dubai Production City. It was unveiled at the Cityscape real estate exhibition in 2014 and launched to investors in September 2015. The design of the district was conceptualized by OMA (Office for Metropolitan Architecture), while the engineering and architectural execution was led by U+A Architects. The development consists of seven sleek, modern residential towers situated around a central pedestrian concourse.

The district includes seven completed residential towers ranging from 8 to 18 storeys: Afnan 1 and Afnan 4 (18 storeys), Afnan 3 (10 storeys), Afnan 2 (9 storeys), and Afnan 5, 6, and 7 (8 storeys).
