The massive 6-billion dirham development was fast-tracked and completed within 40 months from its initial groundbreaking, utilizing a peak workforce of over 22,000 laborers. Designed to blend Mediterranean and Arabic architectural motifs, the community was constructed with post-modern sand-colored high-rise facades and acts as a self-contained beachfront neighborhood accommodating approximately 15,000 residents.
