Community Overview & History
Launched in 2013 under the original name 'Akoya by DAMAC', DAMAC Hills spans over 42 million square feet in Al Hebiah Third, Dubailand. It represents DAMAC Properties' flagship master development. The community is built around the Trump International Golf Club Dubai, an 18-hole championship-standard course designed by Gil Hanse. It includes a blend of ready and off-plan properties, including thousands of luxury villas, townhouses, and residential apartment buildings.

DAMAC Hills consists of roughly 26 distinct gated sub-communities and clusters.
