Overview and Location
Sienna Lakes is a luxury enclave located within the Jumeirah Golf Estates master community, specifically in the Me'Aisem First district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Situated off the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), the community is surrounded by expanses of green fairways and water features. It lies approximately 15 kilometers from Dubai Marina and 24 kilometers from Downtown Dubai, offering a suburban golf-resort lifestyle close to primary highway networks and major municipal hubs.
Development and Construction History
The project was designed by the architectural practice John R Harris and Partners, developed by Sienna Lakes Ltd. (Sienna Lakes Holdings), and master-planned by Jumeirah Golf Estates LLC. Construction began in December 2007. The project faced pauses during the post-2008 regional economic downturn before resuming and reaching physical completion in July 2013, with major handovers completing in 2014. Trans Gulf Electromechanical LLC completed the MEP and HVAC installations across the community, and Hennessey LLC was contracted for interior fit-out services on 30 of the villas.

The architecture is themed on Tuscan and traditional Mediterranean aesthetics, with painted facades of beige and white and integrated stone details.
