Serena Bella Casa represents the first residential phase of the Serena master community in Dubailand, Dubai. The project, officially initiated with construction beginning in November 2014, was launched to the public in February 2016 and reached full completion in May 2021. Designed by Dewan Architects & Engineers and constructed by Ginco General Contracting, the gated subcommunity comprises 458 high-quality townhouses and semi-detached villas designed around a traditional Spanish theme.
