About The Heart of Europe
The Heart of Europe is a multi-billion dollar themed tourism, hospitality, and residential mega-project developed by Kleindienst Group across six man-made islands within Dubai's iconic World Islands archipelago.
Concept and Islands
Conceived as an ultra-luxury holiday and second-home destination, The Heart of Europe spans six themed islands: Main Europe (Europe Island), Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Honeymoon (St. Petersburg), and the Floating Venice Lido. The development aims to replicate the culture, architecture, and lifestyle of iconic European locations, including climate-controlled outdoor streets with artificial rain and snow, and accepting the Euro as the operational currency.
Residential and Hospitality Offerings
The masterplan integrates several themed hotels and signature residential concepts. Among these are Sweden Beach Palaces (luxury 7-bedroom villas shaped like inverted Viking ships with interior designs by Bentley Home), Germany Island's Bauhaus-style villas, and the Floating Seahorse Villas—innovative three-level overwater villas with fully submerged underwater bedrooms and bathrooms. Operational hotels include voco Monaco Dubai (an adults-only party resort) and the Nice Hotel, with many others, such as the Portofino Hotel, Marbella Resort, and Hygge Hotel, in active construction and planning phases.
Sustainability and Marine Conservation
The project emphasizes environmental preservation through the establishment of the Heart of Europe Coral Institute, a dedicated marine nursery cultivating over 100,000 corals to foster marine biodiversity and serve as natural wave-breakers. The entire project is engineered with strict environmental regulations, emphasizing a zero-discharge policy, 100% wastewater recycling, and closed-loop waste systems.
Access and Connectivity
Located roughly 4 kilometers off the coast of Dubai, the islands are accessible exclusively by speedboat, water taxi, seaplane, or helicopter, ensuring a highly secluded, traffic-free luxury environment. Regular speedboat transfers link the development to Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah within 15 to 20 minutes.
