DAMAC Islands is an ambitious inland community designed to simulate a tropical archipelago experience in the heart of Dubailand. Spanning 30 million square feet, the development is structured around an expansive network of crystal-clear artificial lagoons, white sandy beaches, and lush, jungle-themed river corridors. Rather than standard residential streets, the master plan organizes homes into 14 distinct island-themed clusters, each styled after a famous global tropical destination. This includes Phase 1 clusters (Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Fiji, and Bali) and Phase 2 clusters (Bahamas, Bermuda, Cuba, Tahiti, Barbados, Maui, Antigua, and Mauritius). Homes are positioned to maximize waterfront lagoon views or direct access to adjacent lush green parks.
